Give hope.

Let's begin with a hopeful prayer asking our lady to intercede for us for your needs,

your family's needs, for this country, especially with the breaking news

about the very likely possibility of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. I'll tell you

more about that, but let's pray. In the name of the Father and the Son of the Holy Spirit, amen.

Remember, a most gracious Virgin Mary that never was it known, that anyone who fled to thy protection

implored thy help or sought thine intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly into the, O virgin of virgins my mother. To thee do I come before thee I stand, simple and sorrowful. O mother of the word incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me, amen. In the name of the father and his son of the holy spirit amen

that last line really jumps out at me despise not my petitions but in thy mercy here and answer me amen

and what we're asking our lady to do is to pray for us god is the one who gives us all blessings

but as you know god gives us blessings through through, typically through other people, through the Holy Bible,

through the sacraments, through the intercession of Mary and the saints. So yes, we acknowledge that

every good thing comes from God, ultimately, but he likes to give gifts through his friends.

And so we ask our lady to pray for us.

But did this have an effect on the fact that the majority opinion, ostensibly, allegedly,

apparently written by Justice Samuel Alito.

And by the way, the Supreme Court is not denying this at all.
