All right, welcome back. Hey, if you have been doing any flying lately on a commercial airliner,

you probably have been pretty frustrated because of all the cancellations.

Cutting back, American Airlines has ceased operation in three cities.

Two in New York State in also Toledo, Ohio. They just, they

don't have enough pilots, constant delays, all kinds of problems. So it's a nightmare right now

flying commercially. And there's an interesting article. I want to share it with you by Chris Williams,

a flight attendant, and you're going to hear from her in just a minute. She shares some travel tips, and one of them is, you know, be nice, because we're not going to help you if you're mean. Do we have that audio, Cyrus? I think we do, right? She's, Christy Kerbel, K-O-E-R-B-E-L, and she's a flight attendant. She wants to let you know how you can cope with the challenges of the airline industry if you get stuck in a situation. Here's what she says. For people who are booking trips, you got to book directly with airlines, hotels, and rental cars. When you book through travel agencies, it is even more of a nightmare when you're

trying to change or make a refund. So highly recommend booking direct. And also when you fly,

don't just check your flight status. I want everyone right now. All right. So here's the thing.

So she posted online these tips for how you can make your life as easy as possible

if you are in an airline flying difficulty.

And here are a few of the things that she says.

She says, things are not good right now with the airlines.

So if your trip involves, if it's less than seven hours, she recommends that you drive,

not fly.

Download and use the app of the airline you're flying.

But that's absolutely vital advice. I use the American Airlines app religiously because, you know, the gate changes and things like that. She says, fly much earlier than you need to, a whole day early if it's that important. She said, always try to fly the first flight in the morning. And you may say, well, how early is the first?
