Summary

Patrick dives deep into the challenge of standing up for what's right in the workplace. Martin shares his courageous story of confronting inappropriate content at his job and the backlash he faces. Patrick explores actions, moral integrity, and the tough conversations with family. Sometimes, standing your ground and fighting for a respectful environment means ruffling a few feathers.

  • Patrick recommends “A Thousand Frightening Fantasies: Understanding and Healing Scrupulosity and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder” by William Van Ornum and “Scruples and Sainthood: Overcoming Scrupulosity with the help of the Saints” by Trent Beattie
  • George - I have doubts about some end of life decisions I made years ago. (05:07)
  • Martin – My co-worker brought pornography to my work place and I destroyed it and now I’m being told to apologize. (17:39)
  • Irma - My son’s fiancé is very demanding and not kind to us (27:43)
  • Dennis - Scrupulosity: I have struggled with it all my life. It is necessary to find a good Spiritual Director and a confessor. (37:34)
  • Mary – The business Martin works at should have some sort of work place policy to protect the work place from pornography (42:27)
  • Gilbert - How accessible will the NEC be on television? (43:52)
  • Cynthia - My son struggles with OCD. Could it be scrupulosity? (48:17)
