Patrick explores how to honor our parents, heal, and find lightness in letting go.Dealing with difficult parental relationships can be tough, but honoring your father and mother doesn't mean putting them on a pedestal. It's about giving the due respect they deserve, even if your parents have hurt you or done wrong. Forgiveness is key. Release that emotional baggage and find peace. Even if you don't feel the warm and fuzzies, praying for them can be enough. Don't stay in toxic or dangerous situations, but know that honoring them can also mean setting boundaries.
