I would like to draw your attention briefly to something that was in the news yesterday. I didn't really talk about it with all the other things we had going on.

But there is a very heightened alert right now,

heightened risk, let's say, for what the Japanese government is calling a mega earthquake in the

Tokyo area. They issued an alert yesterday, as I understand it, it's reissued again today.

And it is an emergency warning for Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yamanishi, Shizuoka, in Saitama. And there was a 5.3 earthquake there. I think it was

the day before yesterday. And it's big news in Japan. Let's hope it doesn't mean anything.

Let's hope that it turns out to be nothing. But the, you know, the, what's the word,

the precedent that was set with that, what was that, a 8.5 or something? It was a huge earthquake in

2011. And that, of course, caused the devastating

tsunami. This is up in the northeastern part of the main island. And I don't know exactly how
