1:41.9	little. I think, I mean, obviously, I'm a little biased, but I have to say we have excellent baristas.

1:54.9	They dial in, like, every day, every bag of beans that they open has some different characteristics and qualities. So
2:03.4	every time they have a new bag that they pour into the grinder, they dial it in. They change the
2:08.6	temperature of the water a little bit. They change the, they measure out exactly how many,
2:13.6	you know, grounds, how many, how many beans they need for each pour of espresso. It's a science, it's an art, and they do a great job. And we don't roast our own beans. We use a local roaster, but they do awesome work for us, and we're very happy with them. So, and my, in my, my making you want to come, Cyrus, you know. Hey, hey, hey, slow down, Eddie. What's the matter?
