Patek Philippe calitrava episode introduced in 1932 though it wouldn't be called

the calitrava until years later the protect calitrava is perhaps the most iconic watch laying the blueprint

for the modern dress watch.

It was also introduced at a pivotal time in the history of Patec Philippe.

So I've got Ben and Rich here, we're going to talk all about the Calitrava.

First, what even is the Calitrava and what is not a Calitrava?

We jump through the history of the line from 1932 through today,

and we'll talk about some of our favorite references,

collecting the Calitrava in the current market as well as some of the

biggest ones we've ever seen at auction. But first of all let's just say hello to
