A few weeks ago I put out a request on the Facebook group for listeners' experiences.

I believe that a lot of people have all sorts of paranormal things happening around them,

and I thought it would be fascinating to hear some of these things.

Several people got in touch with me with their stories, so I'll be reading them for you.

But first of all, I thought if I'm going to be asking for your experiences, it would only be fair if I tell you about one of mine.

So I'm going to talk about a past life regression that I did just a couple of years ago.

I have found throughout my life that there have been times where I might have wanted to

see a medium or do a past life regression or something like this.

And what I've found is that over time there seems to be a push to do it.

The idea will come to me that maybe it's time to do one of these things again

after I haven't done it for a couple of years.

And there has been suggestions throughout the podcast that perhaps there are spirit guides

or my higher self is pushing me into doing this and that these things happen to all of us.
