Hello Tony and welcome to the past lives podcast.

So first of all, could you tell us how your book came about?

Oh, Simon, my book away came about because I guess I had a bit of a calling or a feeling that I should try and express my own personal

development and my own awakening to there being a greater purpose to life than I had thought

there was or actually the truth is I hadn't even ever thought about it before.

So about the time that I did start to think about it and began soul searching,

yeah, I felt like I was supposed to write about the things that I did and I experienced

so that potentially other people can maybe go a little bit easier on themselves.

Well, your book is very personal in places. Did you find it to be quite cathartic?

Would you recommend everybody do something like this?

It was, well, it took me a long time to write it. So when I first started, when I first started, I had a bit of a different perspective

to when I finished it.

So I was a little bit of a victim at the beginning, not entirely, but a little bit.
