This week on the pastlives podcast, I'm talking to Andy Tomlinson about his book, Healing the Eternal

Soul, Insights from Past Life and Spiritual Regression. Andy is a registered psychotherapist. He has

been trained in hypnotherapy, past life regression, and is a certified regression therapist and

between lives therapist.

So, well, thank you for giving us your time coming on to the past lives podcast.

Could you tell us how you started out?

Yeah, well, thank you very much for inviting me and very pleased to be here.

Well, there's something called synchronicity, which is something that quite often people come across, that things are presented to you in a rather unexpected way. I originally did

my training in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, I became a ready to psychotherapist.

And someone gave me this book by a lovely gentleman called Roger Walgar, who at that time was

one of the leading past life regression therapists and who did most of his work in America.

And like a lot of people, when you get books, you kind of put them on the shelf and mean

to get around to reading them.

And at some point, I just remember I felt prompted to pick up the book and read it.

And this was all about Roger's groundbreaking work with past lives and how he was

using body therapy to really resolve very deep trauma with clients. And I find it absolutely

fascinated and I thought to myself, wow, you know, this is, I was an English gentleman.
