Summary

We have a very special episode tonight. It's one of my favorite weekends of the year. We get to focus on and remember the incredible sacrifice that our Savior made for us. What a mixture of emotions. Intense sadness for the pain and agony he went through. It's really tough on my heart to hear that part. But imagine the JOY on Sunday. He is RISEN!

We are reading the following: Luke 22:1-6, Matthew 26:17-29, Luke 22:31-71, Luke 23, Luke 24:1-12, Matthew 28:11-15, Luke 24:13-49, Mark 16:19-20, and John 21:25.

1:49.0	Jesus has conquered sin, death, and all of our fears and anxieties.
1:58.0	And thanks to him, we can rest and sleep peacefully. Sweet dreams.
2:06.4	Take a few moments to focus on your breath and let go of any thoughts or worries.
2:32.3	Take a deep breath in and as you exhale allow your body to release any tension it may be holding on to
2:49.0	take another deep breath in be holding on to.
2:51.6	Take another deep breath in and as you exhale, feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
3:06.6	Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into a state of calmness.
3:27.0	Remember that relaxation is not just a luxury, but a necessity for your well-being. Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.
