And Gabe, we are so excited to talk to you today about a new investigative story.

And I want you to be, I want you to really talk to us about this, the process that played

out in the story, the narrative that played out in the story.

Because it's a fascinating look at what is happening in communities all over the country.

I will preface this by saying Gabe did a lot of excellent reporting for us on Louding County.

And this is not just happening in Louding County.

This is happening all over the country.

As Gabe knows, just as well as pretty much anyone.
