There's no short supply of situations you find yourself in that feel unsafe or just plain dangerous.

Being a guy, I don't envy, and I can't really relate to having to forever feel like you could be a target of some deranged psychopath just because you're at home, inside your own home, running on your treadmill, and your curtains happen to be open.

The guy you'll hear about today was in that exact situation, seeing the lady exercising through a window as he passed by and decided to add her to his

long list of victims.
