Let's talk about an industry that was feeling the squeeze even before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Nursing. Right now, there are more jobs for registered nurses available than there are qualified people to fill them. And that shortage is expected to grow unless the industry can get 1.1 million jobs filled by 2022, according to the American Nursing

Association. Add in a pandemic, and nurses are really feeling the heat. In April of last year,

the American Nursing Association surveyed 32,000 nurses about their experiences serving during COVID-19.
