Rob Wolf Andy D's back with episode 45 halfway to 90 Paleolithic solution what's going on

Dude we are rolling this thing days of before the release. So when this goes up, it'll actually, it'll be September

14th and the book should be released. Oh, Fish All. Yes, it will. I'm looking at the calendar. You are right. I was going to call you out, but actually you're right, Rob. It's amazing.

I'm on the ball for once, yeah. You know when your book comes out, stunning.

If this was anything related to the gym, then it would be a miracle because I never know anything that's going on at the gym.

So this is magic. So yeah, I'm gonna do a blog post for Saturday kind of detailing, you know, some

strategy for folks to help us kind of optimize sales on the book that first week because it looks like we have a

legitimate chance to make a New York Times bestseller list and so just some

guerrilla marketing techniques that I'm going to recommend, but people will have already

seen that on Saturday.

And then this Tuesday, the book will be released in Ramsey, New Jersey, so anybody in the New Jersey area or, you know,

anybody anywhere that wants to come to Ramsey, New Jersey, I'm sure it's a very nice place,

could come in and check out the book signing.

They're at the Borders bookstore.

I think we're rolling from 7 to 9 p.m.

or until they throw us out.
