What in the world is happening?

Oh man we just took Erwan Liqueur back to the airport.

He hung out with us for a couple of days, so the MoveNet founder was hanging with us.

Had a super good time and then we just discovered that there are living, breathing, paleosolution books at various distribution centers right now but

unfortunately my publisher forgot to send me a copy so I have yet to

actually seen one. It was He was like we just realized this morning that we

sent him to everyone except you and I'm like no but that's my story what's

cracking with you? Nothing too excited. Just got done doing some lifting.

I did want to tell this story.

So, you know, last week, I think it was last week, it could have been two weeks ago at this point.

My brain is like an egg. I just got finished working out.

But I pull up to the gym on one of like the afternoons where there's a break in between classes and no personal training sessions like a Tuesday or Thursday, and there's a woman in the parking lot taking a picture of the Norcal sign.

And I'm like, hmm, so I get out of my car and go over and I'm like, hey, you know, I'm Andy, what's going on?

And she's like, this is going to sound weird, but my husband Jeff from Northern Virginia, aka

listener number 20, sent me here to get him a t-shirt and she said no one was here

yet so I wanted to take a picture

for him to prove that I was actually here.

So then I got her inside, showed her the shirts, I showed her the gluten is death, coffee is life shirt and she's like so this

place is the reason why my husband won't eat gluten anymore and I'm like well I don't

know about this place I think it's really Rob's fault but but anyway so anyway Jeff

is trying to distance himself from any association with me is I'm trying to backpedaling this poor woman
