What's going on?

I hear you just got back from Mexico.

Got back from Mexico, had a great time,

got invited to the Lourook, Puchio wedding, well-born and his girlfriend Kate were there and it was a good time.

It was a good time.

Are you appropriately arrested?

You know what?

We, Southwest Airlines I wish that they would be

circumcised by a thousand desert fleas. The last six flights that I've taken

with them.

Every single one of them has been late,

and we ended up traveling for like 24 hours

and we didn't get back to Chico until like 4 a.m.

And then I had a Jiu-Jitsu class not too long after that and I was

praying for death and so I have no warm feelings for Southwest and I'm actually kind of wrecked still after the whole thing.

So, I'm coming back, but you know, if my sleep is pretty consistent, food's consistent, I feel really good,

training's good, performance is good, feel really good. Training's good.

Performance is good. Recovery's good. A night of three and a half hours of sleep absolutely took me down at the kneecaps.

So that was no fun.

Well, I mean, we have a doozy of an episode today, Rob, so I think it's like it's good that you're, you know, not fully here just so we can spin you out.

I can claim that it was all my sleep deprivation.
