I'm doing fantastic although I genuinely am struggling to remember how we do these.

It took me about 20 minutes to get ready.

It's been a little while since Craig and I have been getting together and the process of getting

our recording to actually work was possibly a reminder of why

we haven't done one together in a while.

I'm guessing, but...

It's been tough scheduling wise. We haven't done one since I was in our previous gym and we moved into this gym in January. So that's about nine months. It's been a good long time since we rock and roll.

All I know is that while Greg was trying to get all this stuff fired up,

the main thing that I heard coming from them was,

fuck these

fuck fuck fuck he fox so that's pretty that's pretty standard it's nothing

unusual for me.

So dude, update everybody.

You guys had some success at nationals.

You moved the gym.

Yeah, we moved the gym all the way across the parking lot,

so new facility, new layout, much better.
