talking science and gut and all that.

So hopefully we were able to maintain some element of that.

Doc you've been super busy. what have you been up to?

Well I was at a I did a webinar on the gut about two and a half weeks ago and then I was

at a h. H.S and I did a whole presentation on the gut and the gut microbiata at

a h. And that's why I kind of reached out to you because I thought the

especially the the comparative analysis of different hunter-gatherers,

compared to agrarian societies,

compared to Westernized societies.

I thought that would be kind of cool to jump into that a little bit.

So that was the HS, and then about a week after that flew down to

San Diego and I was interviewed for a documentary on digestive disorders and here we

are today talking to the baritone-esque Rob Wolf.
