So I want to spend some time talking about these grades.

You know, we talked about Chris from Alabama's villain origin story when he kind of went off.

I'm worried that that is beginning for me a little bit.

You know, I'm, I keep saying the same thing over and over again.

I'm trying to be rational and not emotional, but most of all, I want to be correct.

And it's impossible to be correct because we don't know.

And so at the end of the day, you just have to have an opinion and say, this is where I'm at as an opinion.

You know, these grades came out, and I mentioned this on Packer Nut After Dark yesterday, and I went on a little bit of a freaking tirade. Um, the biggest issue that I'm having now is, you know, I've put a lot of faith in a lot of things

and, um, I, I've always trusted the team because I've trusted the process and I trust the process.

There may need to be some updating and some things that change

over time. I don't really know. But it's not the process that I'm really concerned about.

It's more so the adherence to the process. I'm worried if we have the right guys delivering the

process. Do we have the right GM? Do we have the right coach? And again, I've, I'm not changing

anything that I've said, because I've, when I said Goudicunds was doing a good job, it was because I was

looking at what he did, and I said it was a good job. But as time goes on, you adjust the way you

think about things.

And as you look at the last several years, I can't, for the life of me, figure out how you could be overly happy. And this isn't entirely, I'm not going down an entirely doom

and gloom thing.
