come to my Lord in Sear on March 2020, COVID-19 was declared as the global pandemic. It was supposed to be two

weeks to slow the spread. We all took our shelter in our houses to wage war against this invisible

enemy. Two weeks turn into months, two months turn into a year, a year turned into two years,

and probably it's going to go to three years.

A mental health crisis, a national psychologist association, issued a warning of the impact

of these events, the lockdowns, the masks, the COVID, all of the stuff that's happening right now,

that the impact of these events on the long-term physical and mental health is going to be greater than the actual pandemic itself.

And Americans are facing a second pandemic, which will be the effects of what we have been through.

We're already seeing that.

In fact, the Harrison Paul in February of this year found out that 61% of people are experiencing undesired weight since the pandemic.
