Josh Harris very well as an owner. He's talked to people who have worked for him privately and

for stories. So he has a really good feel of what the commanders are getting in Josh Harris as an owner.

So I wanted to talk to Tim and bring that to

you so we can start to look forward with what does a commander's team run by Josh Harris? What might

it look like? And I think Tim gives some very good insight into that. So before I get there,
