Spend about half their time in Idaho. I think they build houses up there and they love this particular area in Idaho I don't

remember where it is but she also trains with with Michael Petru and she was the one who

first told Petru about me and kind of got us together.

She emailed me and it went like this under the subject line pizza. Okay, you have my attention.

Good story.

Sean, my hubby and I met with our longtime accountant slash

attorney last week at Federal American Grill to drop off our tax stuff to him.

His name is Ransom Cornish. I know what you're thinking. Cool name.

Ransom Cornish. That's a made-up name, Ramon.

He's a long-time friend, but we only talk or visit once or twice a year.

I could not wait to hear why Federal American Grill since we've always met near his one man office by Phoenicia on Westheimer.

He has been Phoenicia's tax accountant for years. Anyhow, he has also moved over here into

Spring Valley from Sugar Land where he has lived forever. I've only known

Ransom to work solo since his mother passed years ago.

She would come in and help during tax season.

Or in a meeting with the Phoenicia guys.

Okay, so we sit down for lunch and my questions began.

You moved over here, you moved your office, what's going on?
