No October. Okay and it took a little bit for us to get here. So we'll talk about that, but let's talk about this specific deal.

$8,000 assignment. How did you find this deal? So this came from a PPC lead.

And man, we turned it on and I got a lead almost immediately.

Was a tired landlord.

He had owned it for something like 12 years

and had recently been vacated needed work and he was just

tired dealing with it didn't want to fix it up got the call when and met him like

the next day and got him under contract the following day he said he needed to you know get the okay

from his wife there was some back and forth we got him under and so your exit strategy was an assignment so that we were
