On a brisk sunny morning in November 1990, Thomas Dylan drove through the backroads of

rural Ohio, just like he did every Saturday.

Tracking opened a beer the 40-year-old watched his tires eat up pavement, his mind wandering.

Thomas was cruising near Route 64 when something caught his eye.

It was a hunter walking through a meadow beside the highway, seeing that Thomas pulled

his truck over.

Parking Thomas got out of his pickup.
