I am thrilled to be here with this new season. It's so good. Heather is an expert on literature.

She's been going through with her podcast over at Craftlit.com. She's been going through

Jekyll and Hyde and boy, the insights that she brings from that podcast on that

story, plus all kinds of other episodes, like over 400 episodes, I believe you have now,

of great in-depth discussion and annotated, basically like annotated audiobooks. It's great

material over there. And because of that, Heather's very much an expert on

a lot of this stuff, certainly more of an expert than we are on some of this literature. And we

had a lot of fun when we had her on the podcast a couple weeks ago. So we invited her back and you'll be

hearing more from her in the future as well. But let's get into discussing this episode, the other shoe. And as we

normally do, let's start our discussion back in the past. With the typical Cinderella storyline,

when we first got to see Lady Tremaine. I loved how much, like the original Lady Tremaine,

evil stepmother she looked from Disney's animated.

That air. Yes. I laughed a lot about the sweeping, though, because she just, like, she's got this pathetic broom, Cinderella she just like she's got this pathetic broom

Cinderella does and she's got this gigantic sort of nature debris covered area to sweep

and she's just sort of going in this random pattern all over the place barely moving any of it

so when she said I'm trying and stepmother says you're failing, I was like, well, she's got a point.
