Hello from the present day. I've been recovering from hip surgery for the last two weeks,

which I do not recommend in case

anyone out there is thinking of getting a new hip just for fun. But not even the incredible

anesthetics they put me on have muted the news from the home front and the extraordinarily

dangerous moment we now find ourselves in. The Mad King, together with Benjamin Netanyahu,

has launched a war in Iran that has spread throughout the region and killed, as of this recording,

over 1,000 people, six of them American. But the vast majority of those killed are Iranians.

We know, for example, that 175 people, many of them

Iranian students, were killed in the bombing of the Shajara-Tayba girls school. But there is
