Today from Chuck Swindall, I've noticed in the passing of the last 30 to 40 years that God has become our chum, our big buddy upstairs.

He is neither.

That is blasphemous. He is our high and holy and almighty and only awesome God

whom we worship and in obedience. who we fear.

fear.

All too often.

All too often Bible teachers describe the love of God but fail to describe the wrath of God.

Yes, God is loving and kind, but he's just and fair as well.

Today on Insight for Living, Chuck Wendall teaches from Revelation Chapter 15, which features

one of the starkest warnings of God's wrath in all the Bible.

In this study Chuck will describe the bizarre imagery in John's vision and the implications for today.

So let's pick up the study in revelation chapter 15 beginning at verse 2. Chuck

titled his message the original temple of doom. These victorious risen martyrs,

these veterans of satanic and demonic conflict of earthly plagues and peer pressure and all that went with that. They are standing,

verse two tells us on the sea of glass. They are holding harps of God and they are

singing a couple of songs. Aren't you intrigued by that? I find it fascinating. First,

they're in a tranquil peaceful place as they stand on this sea of glass.

Second, they are holding instruments.

Look at verse three.

They're singing the song of Moses. And they are singing the song of the Lamb. I have the feeling and

it's only that because we're not told which one.

That this is the song that Moses sang after they came through the Red Sea
