I am here with co-host Madaglacedius and special guest Jennifer Williams of our Worldly podcast.

If you haven't heard, you should listen to this week's worldly episode because this is a special

worldly weeds crossover week in which we're discussing earlier this week from the kind of global

standpoint on worldly and today from the political domestic side on the weeds, the implications of

Trump's recent cabinet reshuffle. So we have brought Jen over. We have released her from the clutches

of worldly. We have been greeted as liberators and she's going to give us some actual expertise as

we try to tease out what this means for, you know, the state of the Republican party and most

loves in diversity in America. Apparently I'm worldly. They plan everything out exquisitely in

advance so that so that bad takes are preemptively vetoed and not offered on the air. So Jen was

trying to explain to me why my takes were wrong and on slack yesterday and I kept just saying no

that's going to be the show. See I'm going to say this stuff then you're going to say I'm wrong.

It looks like a magical alternate universe over here. I love it. It's going to be great. All right.

So let's model the discourse. Obviously the cabinet shuffle has now expanded to include

this veterans affairs thing which I have nothing to say about. So we're setting that aside but I

want to note that it has happened. There's a lot of chaos and not necessarily any method to the

madness. But okay. So here's I'm trying to reflect on the moods of Trumpism.
