Basically, we have this lovely chat about the very serious, very scary opioid epidemic happening across the world, really.

dispensing THC marijuana products once they they go the government goes public. That's the idea behind these

using these machines to potentially dispense methadone or other uses of treatment for harm reduction in the city of Vancouver.
