but we still sometimes stumble across places that we've never been before.

Yeah, and then you just find these officers in the middle of nowhere, basically.

And they're in a stained glass window.

Yeah.

As a workplace, it's unique.

And that's not just because of the building.

I've genuinely done it.

Kind of actually, yeah.

The setup with the MPs and their staff is as well.

They work in very small teams, often just two or three of them in a little office.

The hours can be irregular, the role, demanding.

For someone who loves politics, though, it's a dream job.

But if it goes wrong, it can suddenly feel like a nightmare.

Over the years, I've heard stories of sexual harassment and bullying.

In episode one, we heard accounts of sexual abuse that go to the very heart of government.

These stories are shocking. But during this investigation, we found that bullying of staff

was actually more common, yet remains hidden.

Now, we're going to tell you some of those stories.
