GDP growth is going to happen whether you want it or not. And I said the third thing is your top people. You have a staff right now? He's like, yeah, I got about a dozen people. I said your top people have a vision for their life. And if you can't paint a future big enough for their dreams and goals to fit inside of, they're going to leave. I said, so whether you like it or not, you have to have a vision for your life. |
