notions of failure you know especially with successful people who have gone through, you know, many, many failures on their way.

So it's just been kind of an education for me to release kind of shame around failure and to

see failure, not as like a building block to success, but more just like a good in itself

as a humbling, as a, not a humiliation, but humility. Yeah, no, well, James Dyson talks about his vacuum dealer, because it was his, his, you know, which was the first big thing he did. I think it was the 5,916th iteration that worked. And he was saying with the light bulb and, you you know because the first 5,000 actually blew air out

And then he decided oh my God, it's a vacuum cleaner the air should come in he actually made it with gaffer tape. It was so funny you know you got the idea from a wood chip mill no yeah so he was he was he gets back on and did some wood stuff and um the wood chip was being swirled down something. And he thought, oh, that's interesting. So he made a smaller version of that with two funnels in his shed and became a billionaire. You know how it is. That's how it happens. We're talking about a potential billionaire this morning, Taylor Sheridan. You know who he is. I know who is. Tell everyone who, because in the UK, not many people know who Taylor Sheridan.
