I'm your hostess, Try and Hermostus, Sarah Nicole.

And each week I'm going to be dishing out some sweetness mixed in with some seeds of wisdom or something like that.

So get ready to get inspired, get candid, get real, because we are all in this digital

space together. We're back. Just kidding. I'm actually not really back. I just wanted to come on

and have a few minutes with you all, update you on what's happening. I know there's so many people

who are loyal listeners who tune in every Monday and they're probably like, what the heck is going

on? I just sort of dropped off. So transparently, we're in the middle of renovations. It's been

increasingly hard to record when I don't have a separate studio outside my home. So, I mean, there's just like

banging a noise and you've probably been hearing it and it's been sort of just a thing to work

through and I'm okay with it. It's just what's going on. And the other part of it is I went on

vacation for a week and decided that I wasn't going to burn myself out, trying to double produce everything

in order to take a week off. I'm my own boss. I'm going to take a week off. I might disappoint some

people and that's okay. So I took a week off, which meant that we had some delays. Now, for the rest of

summer, we are going to be off.

And I know that sucks.

I'm going to miss it.

I love podcasting so much, but it is for a very, very good reason.

We are shifting to a new network.

We are switching to women in media, and I'm so excited. I sort of accidentally

ended up talking with their founder when I was a guest on somebody else's podcast. Long

story short, loved what they're doing, love their whole platform. And I'm really excited to
