So welcome guys. Happy Thursday. Welcome. Wait, time out. We're doing a Zoom call. So a man

needs to say welcome. Like we're actually hosting a video or something. I feel because

you know, I host all of my coaching calls via Zoom and we don't ever do our podcast via Zoom.

So I feel like I just need to like formally welcome everyone to our video. However, it would

be really awkward if people were tuning into this video watching Carly Bay than a tub right now.

I'm really lying here and I have to make it like feeling really awkward, but it's fine.

I mean, we're all friends here. Yeah, no, fine. We're gonna tell everybody why you're in a tub naked on Zoom right now.

Um, because I never taken the tub before and I just felt like I needed to. Yeah. Carly and just

Carly got home from the cruise and decided that she needed some R&R and I didn't feel like heading

on over to Carly's house and doing R&R and the tub with her today. We probably could both.

But we had very busy days when we wanted to make sure that we got the podcast episode up for you

guys because we know that so many of you are dying to hear how the trip to Alaska went and all the

things and I'm actually really dying to hear because we haven't really connected our talk.

So I know we haven't. I know. Yeah. So it might be I'm a little like,

measly and congested. I feel like that's just a given when you come home for vacation.

I'm gonna sit back because the tub's not fully out and I was talking. Anyway, you know, it's so

funny to say that though because literally the day that we all got back from the Bahamas too,

like Julian was feeling like a little under the weather. I think it's just something with like the

airport or the airplane. The cruise ship that's pie.

It's a full of diseases. I think that's disgusting.

No, we actually had a really amazing time. We had some nice families time. You were definitely missed.

It wasn't the same without you. Let me just start by saying a six hour flight with a baby is
