Yes we'll talk about the indictments, but I think you know what I'm going to say.

And we said we get to some more state focus shows. I didn't think we do one this fast, but there's a huge election in Ohio that we just have to talk about.

So we asked David Pepper to come back and give us his take and what we need to know. David welcome back.

Oh man, so we've been talking about having David on the last couple days because of the big issue one vote, which we'll get to definitely.

But we got to talk about the indictments guys huge

huge indictments the word conspiracy comes up a lot John I know I'll let you get there

but he was indicted on four major counts in the Jacksmith investigation.

Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding,

a couple others, but this one was pretty hard hitting. So Joe, I know it seemed like a lot, and he said at the top, we all knew what you were going to say. What are you going to say?

Look, it's clear from Jack Smith's indictment,

which everyone should read.

He urged in a statement that he made yesterday

that every American should read, he encouraged every American to read,

or encouraged every American to read the indictment

and you should, I think we'll put a link to that

in our show notes for those if you haven't been able to read it yet.

And this was a coordinated attack on democracy.

The word conspiracies refer, you know, repeated an awful lot.
