I have an important question for you today. It's a question that, oh my gosh, it's like a refreshing

glass of water, especially if you feel bogged down, and especially if you feel like there are so many

moving parts to your life and maybe it gets a bit out of control and you feel overwhelmed sometimes.

It's the question from the book by Gary Keller called the one thing. Now the one

thing is powerful right because as human beings we have what 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day most of them are

repetitive and the majority are negative right so we can have so many thoughts on

our mind like I'm behind on that I've got to do this I

need to take care of that this is a priority no wait that's a priority wait over

here I've got to give this thing some attention right our minds are very very

active and so this question is soothing it's Our minds are very, very active.

And so this question is soothing, it's centering, it brings you back to a place of steadiness

and clarity. And my friends, there is nothing more gorgeous in that feeling of clarity. Am I right? So the question is this. And think about it. I'm going to show, I'm going to share with you
