relationship at times. And I know that many of you, even though you're in close quarters with your

partner, could still have the experience of not being as connected as you want. And we're about to

move into the fourth day of our five-day couples challenge. and it's really been showing up a lot sort of

under the scene but also that tomorrow even when this podcast comes out we are going to be talking about

But what we're finding is a lot of people are recognizing that they have these patterns that they don't realize they're kind of unconsciously keeping them from being as connected as they want. And so drum roll, the one thing that could be blocking your connection is judgment.

Judgment. Straight up just like that. And really look for yourself where you've gotten into this

relationship, some time has passed. And there's a certain level of, I think, unconscious intention,

start to judge a number of things the way that they act some things that they say we would even
