RETROGRADE, SHREDDY, TALA and THE PRODUCTIVITY METHOD are my own businesses, therefore any mention of them - whilst not being a sponsorship - is monetarily endorsed. As usual, sponsorships do not change my opinions nor my honesty, but I will always disclaim to make sure motives are clear 😊

Like the time, I thought I could just do a light refurb on my house, you know, a fresh coat of paint, maybe some new cushions. But today, we are getting into the one exercise that I do every year that has truly changed my life, both how I set goals, but also how I reach goals, I would say.
