because most of the time when I'm talking to CEOs and business owners, they don't like doing

the interviewing. You know, they're like, it's so boring, it's so annoying. It takes so long to find

people. And I totally get that because when you're trying to find somebody, like, you're like,

I just want to get somebody in, I need someone to do this work. And you're really stressed because

most of the time when you're trying to find someone, you're growing quickly, you're trying to replace

somebody. Like, there's somebody else that you really want to get out quickly. And so you're really like time is of the essence because you feel emotionally uncomfortable.
