as far as goal setting goes, I have loved goal setting since I was 19 years old. When I first

found goal setting in 2006 and my first mentor started teaching me how to set goals and how to be striving for a goal, it made me feel like life was a little bit more exciting, like I could become more than I currently am.

But I find a lot of people struggle with goal setting and then they especially struggle with goal achieving. And so today I'm going to

talk about how to set up your life in general so that you actually achieve your goals that you do
