Greetings, Parish Orban's in Retrogrades.

Today, on this episode of Rules for Retrogrades, I'm going to discuss with my two cohorts here

the problem that confronts the world from inside and outside the church that is superlative,

the most staggering, most vexing crisis inside outside the church. We're going to avoid talking

about liturgy, except by a way of contrast, to show that this problem is actually so much the worse than the liturgy problem, so much the worse than even theological problems.

This is actually an anthropological problem. Joining me today to discuss this problem and what the Catholic answer to it is are my good friends

Nicholas Stumphouser and Will Nolan. How are you, Jens, doing today? Doing well, Tim.

Yeah, doing well. If you could tell and everyone out there could tell all you perish over the

retrogrades. I am doing horribly. So you can hear my,

you can hear my voice. I don't usually get colds. I have a good immune system. I avoid them in the

winter. I usually get one summer cold every other year. My body is bizarre for patterns. And I have it.

And I feel as bad as I look right now.

So it's bad, look in California, feeling Minnesota or whatever Chris Cornell once

saying.

But I'm happy to be back doing this episode with you guys because over the weekend, we are

long, long weekend, pre weekend, you and you and I together released what we've been working on,

or part of it anyway, Nick and well.

And it is a matchmaking service because the problem at hand is the fact that families are either officially or unofficially

unpatriarchal.

They're officially or unofficially anti-patriarchal.

I saw a number today that 64% of black kids are being raised without a father in the home, like 48% or 46% or something like that with

Hispanics, Catholics, whites are like 24% and Asians are like 16%.
