Hi friends and welcome to the papaya podcast. I'm your hostess, Try and Hermostis, Sarah Nicole,

and each week I'm going to be dishing out some sweetness mixed in with some seeds of wisdom

or something like that. So get ready to get inspired, get candid, get real, because we are all in this digital

space together. Welcome back, season five, season six. I don't really know what season we are in.

First of all, I already started trying to record this podcast and it cut me off and said,

failed. You failed at recording this podcast. So we are on attempt number two. Please be patient

with me. A lot of my thoughts have already left the building and went into a recording that you

will never see in here. So we are doing attempt number two. Yeah, I am so excited for a new season. I'm so excited for

the guests that we have lined up for you and some of the conversations that I'm very much

looking forward to be having on this show. As always, it's going to be a lot of just

thoughtful-led conversations. I desperately hope that I continue to improve in the

space of podcasting. My brain works so much faster than my mouth sometimes. And I find podcasting

has become like this really, it's a really special space. Like for me, I really do enjoy just like

putting my damn phone down and listening and asking questions

and having these moments and then getting them to share them with you. So let me just,

you know, take a hot beat and say, hey, thanks. You've been around all these years. You're listening

for the first time, whatever the hell it is. I'm really glad you're here. Let's talk about

the summer a little bit. I obviously had a very interesting summer.
