excited because today I am speaking with somebody that I've spoken with before, but on a totally

different platform because we actually sat on stage together and spoke together and had quite a

magical time after that. And people have been asking for us to do something together again.

We've been trying to get this together again. And we are here and we are doing it. So please welcome Rea Carey,

aka Coach Carrie. We've did it. We finally did it. You guys have heard me talk about her before.

I've mentioned Coach Carrie many times because some of her words have been so wise in my own journey

that I probably, I told her when she got here and I was like, I'm really glad you're here because all the times I've misquoted you it's gonna be really good that you now get to like professionally do it and I don't have to be like well I have regurgitated versions of like professionalism like gosh I'm like the worst for that yeah I'm just happy that it resonated so however you you want to play it back, I'm happy.

I'm excited. Well, you always give credit. So I have friends that I'm like, hey, so I was listening to this podcast and they mentioned you. I was like, oh my God, my friend. All the time. I talk about it all the time. It's just, you're just so wise and like you give tangible nuggets. But anyways, anyways, tell us who you are. tell us what you do. Tell us how you got there. Take it away. Totally. Because I'm like, we only have half an hour. We could literally talk for three days. I know. We've literally been, we were supposed to start like half an hour growing. We've just been sitting here, chatting. And we're like, oh, right. And I was like, here's your microphone. And you're like, oh, right. Right. That's what we came here to do. Wait, this is it.
