A lot of us deal with anxiety and depression. It's something that over the past year or so I've really struggled with. I've had different trials and tribulations that

have came into my life. I have days sometimes I get up and I think about things I have coming up and it almost consumes

Sometimes I'll go a day or two with these trials just constantly on my mind.

But the Lord doesn't let it be more than I can stand, you know.

But friends, I'm going to tell you something and I mean this with everything in me.

I do cherish my burdens when they do come because they show me without Christ I can't do come. Because they show me, without Christ, I can't do nothing.

Without him, nothing is possible.

Without him, I know exactly where I'd be. But he keeps me.

He protects me. He protects me. My Redeemer, he's my substitute. He's mall. So like I said, friends, I cherish my burdens.

When things are going good for us, sometimes we don't think on things like we should.
