to bring out what we can of a much broader and more accurate picture of what really happened.

Charles, can you tell us a little bit about yourself, please?

Well, I live in Oklahoma City, have here most of my life.

I was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1986 and served for 12 years until 1998.

Of course, the bombing happened in the middle of that.

I was, like all Oklahomans and Americans, was shocked at what happened.

And as I saw

this terrible

tragedy unfold

I like so

many other people

had a lot of questions

and I had

constituents

and others

that were

asking those questions

and

had someone close to me that died in the bombing.

And I eventually did my own investigation and started working with others that were family members of

victims of the bombing and others that were close to the actual tragedy itself.
