And today we're talking about your favorite beet treats and our favorite beet treats as

we approach hopefully lots of tropical poolside relaxing vacations for everyone.

I can't believe we haven't done this episode before. I'm very excited to have a comprehensive

list of our best beet treats because this is the question I get a lot and this is also

a topic I feel very passionate about.

Yeah, I feel like it was very soothing even just listening to the voice mill so hopefully

it puts everyone in a very kind of vacation-y state of mind.

Well before we get to it, can we do some highs and lows?

Sure. What's your high?

So my highs that I just got back from my trip to Palm Beach and it was excellent. We

are there for three nights. It was the perfect little getaway.

Truly we go for the hotel more than the city at large so we don't leave during the

day. We just sit by the pool and alternate between going into the pool and like laying

on lounge chairs. I only read one book this vacation but you know it was just it was

very relaxing during the day and then at night we go out in Palm Beach to go to dinner.

So it was wonderful. That sounds lovely. The photos looked amazing.

Oh, we had so much fun. I went with three of my best girlfriends from college. It was

so great to see them and have like multiple days of catch up time.

I loved your post this morning with all the colorful dresses and stuff. It was really

just looked really fun. We did a great job color coordinating not on purpose.
