the oceans? Well, I was raised in a fishing village on the east coast of Canada, so it's something

I've spent my entire life around. I ran off to sea at 17 to join the Norwegian merchant

marine, then the Swedish merchant marine, then the Canadian Coast Guard, and then I was a co-founder

Oh, it's extremely difficult. We have all the rules and the regulations we need. The problem is
