Hey everyone. This is just a quick plug for anyone who is interested in the OCD camp. Now, you would

have heard me talk about it over the years. It's been going on since 2018. It's now run through the

Integrative Center for OCD Therapy and myself and Johnny are the kind of lead therapist. We run the camp

on the days. So if you're interested, this should just be one or two minutes.

every day. We aim for it to be an empowering free day outdoor experience in Surrey in the UK,

designed for adults with OCD to connect, grow and thrive together in nature.

Since 2018, this unique camp has brought people living with OCD out of isolation,

offering shared adventures, group challenges, reflective moments and opportunities to build

resilience alongside others who truly understand the journey. With all the meals,

activities and support staff included in the cost,

the OCD camp blends fun, connection and meaningful community in a beautiful natural setting,

giving you space to share stories, build friendships and rediscover strength beyond compulsions.

So applications for the camp, which will be happening on the 12th to the 14th for

June this year are now open. They close on the 31st of Jan, so in about five days. So if you're
