Just a few miles off the Thailand coast, the island of Kothau looks like a postcard.

She created a website, she created a 1-800 number, she created a guy named Brent Harrison using Spoo Software.

And I'm thinking I'm talking to a guy overseas that wants to invest into my winery.

And really I'm talking to that woman in Orange County that is just scamming me the whole time.

It sounded like a man.

It did, it sounded just like a man.

J.A.V.E. company Jack Wines is scammed out of nearly $300,000 by CPA Lizzie Mulder.

And Laguna Beach Police Detective Jordan Merakian is digging in.

The bottom line is they're fake people who are accepting invoices on behalf of Lizzie Mulder and Jack Wines.

And money is not going from Jack Wines to these people. It's going right back into Lizzie Mulder's account.

Said she's a tax repair.

Was like her second mom, she claimed,

And she calls me back the next day, telling me I actually have it all wrong.
